Corned Beef Dinner serves 267 on March 14th.....THANK YOU
Bob "Zovie" Zovistoski and his son Charlie once again
dazzled the crowd in the fellowship hall at the First Presbyterian
Church with his classic Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner.
The
lines started forming at 4:15PM but the preparation and planning had
already been underway for several weeks. Many hours of planning,
peeling, cleaning, table setup, and good old 'blood, sweat, and tears'
went into this special day.
300+ lbs of Corned Beef, 250 lbs of vegetables, Irish Soda Bread,
and many scrumptious pies, cookies, and cake made the day very special
and by the smiles and praises of those who attended, the dinner and
desserts were the best they've ever had.
Thank you to all who attended and supported one of the church's
fundraisers.
A very BIG thanks to all the donations of time and items as well
as supporting our Church Youth Group's 50-50 raffle.
